Project deposits secure time, planning, research, design direction, and development resources. Deposits are normally non-refundable once work has started.

Milestone payments
Payments made for completed milestones, approved designs, delivered pages, portal modules, content, or campaign assets are not refundable after delivery or approval.
Monthly retainers
Monthly social media, support, maintenance, or marketing retainers cover reserved team time and planned work for that month. Cancellation terms should be agreed before the retainer starts.
Eligible refund review
A refund review may be considered if no meaningful work has started, if duplicate payment was made by mistake, or if Socion Markon cannot begin the agreed project for an internal reason.
Third-party costs
Domain names, hosting, plugins, stock assets, paid tools, gateway fees, ad spend, and other third-party costs are not refundable by Socion Markon once purchased or charged.
