Project work

Project deliverables, timelines, payment milestones, revisions, support, and ownership details should be confirmed in a written proposal, invoice, or agreement before work begins.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, brand assets, login access, feedback, approvals, and any legal permissions required for their business, website, advertising, or LMS data.

Content and intellectual property

Socion Markon website content, layouts, graphics, and copy belong to Socion Markon unless otherwise stated. Client project ownership is handled according to the agreed proposal and payment status.

Website text, visuals, and project examples should be original, client-provided, licensed, or used with permission. We do not knowingly publish unauthorized articles, media, or materials that infringe another owner's rights.

Third-party services
